Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of social media strategies, management and maintenance of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Creation of engaging content (texts, images, videos)
- Monitoring and analysis of social media metrics
- Engagement with followers and community management
- Collaboration with marketing and PR teams
Additional tasks for a Social Media Manager may include:
- Monitoring and verifying online reputation
- Coordination and implementation of advertising campaigns on social media channels
- Creation of monthly social media reports and analyses
- Coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Integration of social media into the overall marketing mix
- Development and execution of social media contests and promotions
- Monitoring and verifying social media trends and developments
- Training and advising employees on social media use
Requirements:
- Completed studies in marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- Excellent knowledge of popular social media platforms and tools
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

We are currently seeking two (m/f/d) Assistant to the Management Team to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management team in all administrative and organizational matters
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, including planning, preparing documents, documenting and following up on meetings
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Undertaking special projects as needed and interested
- Coordinating with other departments and external partners
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly as well as being a team player
